for OUT sourcing?

Oh one more thing, Commscope thinking must be that they can layoff one group at a time and replace each group with contract company, or India team, which is what I observed.
They seem to have lost some things that they once had. Innovation, drive, and quality is all gone. And pretty much overnight.
You can never get those things back. I've been in a lot of companies who have tried. You can never bring back the Phoenix.
I have never seen it done. If Commscope thinking is that they are unique, then good on them. Go for it.
If they do pull this one out of the gutter, it would be a sight to see, and their name should go down in history.
Otherwise, I think Commscope will start their decline by selling off Arris first, and then try to sell off Ruckus next.
Management seems like the worst profession, after watching Commscope sc--w up.
After acquisition of Ruckus, they (meaning Commscope) ended up laying off the Ruckus team (Israel Develop Team) that worked on the Ruckus Cloud infrastructure.
We in hardware, were next to go.
It was like watching a horrible horse race where the first horse goes out of the gate and splays all over the track.
And the second horse trips up after the first one that was splayed all over the track. Now the second horse trips up the other horses as well.
And on and on.
We saw wave after wave of people leaving Ruckus after Commscope acquired us.
They work at WiFi Cloud competitors like Meraki, HP, Cisco, and other competitors, as per their LinkedIn profile update.
(Let's be clear and frank, Principle Engineers walked out the door in droves)
I mean if I were a betting man, I would have to bet against Commscope management. I would think Ruckus definitely had a lot of challenges to begin with, I mean Ruckus management screwed a lot of stuff up, to be honest there was room for improvement. Other companies were eating some of our lunch (even in hospitality).
But Commscope management took that stuff (polite word for it) to a whole new level of STUFF.
Arris largely left Ruckus alone, but when Commscope management took over they decided to run it like an east coast company.
The executives comments on everything were telling. They even complained about breakfast, lunch and dinner. It wasn't long till they started making budget cuts and then reducing head count every month. Five here, ten there, and then entire teams.
Glad to have moved on. A competitor is paying me more money now. And from what I heard Commscope is still laying off.
Not necessarily, they were late to the out sourcing game and they r late to figure out it really doesn’t work on the mass level they r attempting.
