Another big blow to Tower Health. Their most competent leader is leaving. Now we have an interim CEO over Tower Health, a CEO leaving their biggest hospital, a mass exodus of physicians and nurses that can’t stand this organization. Sounds like a great recipe for disaster. Tower is pounding their chest that that have had 3 “great” months and the ship is turning around. Guide House is just cutting everything and will leave us in a mess.
Leadership at Tower has no idea what they are doing and just following marching orders from Guide House. The operations team is a mess and so incompetent. I hope that whoever buys the organization or partners with us cleans house of all management.
