Everything would be much easier if I could have a serious and direct conversation with this man. However, far from it. In this case, everything you say can be used against you. I tried in a nice way to build some reasonable, normal relationship with him but to no avail.
In the previous company I had a much better relationship with a guy who was my supervisor and I don’t even have to describe how much of a difference it made.

My supervisor and I have kind of a sub/dom thing going currently.
Is it KS? In that team you have to walk with the eyes on your back and sleep with one eye open. They don’t stab you, the kn--e is already in your back, they twist it when needed.
You have a supervisor? I have an acquaintance that does a yearly review and has no experience doing any of the work, not sure which is worse.
