Thread regarding American Eagle Outfitters Inc. layoffs

I was just fired for touching another employees hair to fix it and touching her pants because I asked if I could feel the quality of them all of these “touchings” were aloud by the person and they still found it to be wrong and fired me. I am mad and upset. I don’t feel like they wanted me and found any reason to talk to me about my “behavior”. All I have ever done is work to the best of my abilities and have been early everyday but apparently that’s not what’s important
