Your fearless leader nets approximately $14,200,000 per year. If you make $125,000 a year it will take you almost 114 years to make what he nets in one year. Time for a leadership change.

We are still WAY Too Top Heavy. Period
He really needs the boot. Lavish spending on apache dime. Smh
Hahahaha re Compliance. Many of us saw her Cafe 54 breakdown a few years ago!
The stock dropped ~65% on the last five years. And that is being optimistic cause APA is not at the lowest stock price it has seen lately. Honestly it would have been difficult to pick a worse CEO. How that dude got the job and kept it baffles me.
This trail obviously hits a nerve for JJ and her friends, downscoring perfectly valid comments.
If you think Apache is premier, you are not!
What kind of person feels good making that kind of money knowing your decisions are driving the stock price and value of the company to the ground?
Amazing how much time you all have to complain. Perhaps you need some more work to do?
If you think John is worth 1/10 his annual pay, YOU are the problem.
To the righteous poster- no one listens to JJ speak. Given her recent showing, it’s evident she doesn’t either!
That whole HSE department is filled with social justice action, nepotism and cronyism. In O&G! The BOD and CEO don’t care about HSE (or those 8 lives in Egypt we never discuss from 2018).
Btw, the stock price suggests many “good old Apaches” are kicking back and watching Netflix. By the time clock, looks like you took a break to post on this website during work hours, so you understand! Why try— the Company is bonafide JUNK.
If we could, we would bring our complaints to HR. All they would do is file it. Glorified personnel department.
Could bring complaints to Compliance but she’ll scream at someone, eat another fatty snack, and yell and cry some more.
You are correct on the JJ comment. People want out of EHS like a rotten diaper. I've also heard valid rumors that her fellow VP's are distancing themselves with a heavy eye roll. Good luck EHS!
I guess you/we could have tried a hostile takeover back when the share price was sub-$10/share.
One downside though is that the execs would have all received change of control payments, which they totally would not (and do not) deserve.
Curious what the vote totals will be, if they are even announced during the annual meeting, in favor of keeping JC and the Board. Who in their right mind votes to keep such mediocrity and failures?
Unfortunately we missed our chance for any kind of meaningful insurrection. Back in 2016 when we still had everyone who was fed up with what the executives were doing (i.e. allowing San Antonio to cherry-pick assets across the portfolio and ruin them) would have been the time. There were strength in numbers then, and we could have banded together and actually held them hostage by refusing to work. Seriously would have been upwards of 30% of the company on board. Nowadays all those folks are gone and too few of us remain to make a tenable stand.
It's over. They have won; there is quite literally nothing we can do.
LMAO, the first time you heard her speak? You must be really enjoying your work from home non working TV watching. Maybe you should try actually working before wondering what other people make. Just a thought.
How much does JJ make? That office return was my first time hearing her present and it was cringe. She sounds like an oblivious teenager
He’s a horrible leader, and it’s been revealed that he is a horrible person, as well. We should ban together to move him out.
Remember when they rolled out project descend and said that executive pay scale would be reviewed? I guess that was another one of JC's many lies. How many people lost their jobs because he and his cronies needed to keep making obscene salaries.
How he keeps a job is amazing, how does no one see he’s running the company into the ground?!?!? They all need to go, not many with a brain left. They let those that have experience go, kept those who brown nose and kiss @$$. Upper management is a joke they should all be replaced, starting with JS and working the way up. Apache is the laughing stock that’s for sure!
