Two very talented young engineers were brilliant when they came here. Their talent was really promising and I thought they would do great things here. But no.
Not only did they not progress, but over time they became very average. I mean, this company doesn't know how to recognize or get the best out of people, but it sure knows how to destroy talent very well.

Brilliant in terms of what school they went to? Probably MIT? Some of those folks have been salivated over when they could care less if they have a job in oil and gas. Most likely just in it for the paycheck
