I’ve been at WD for 3 years. The only thing I can say is that it’s a good company to begin a career. Other than that it’s got your typical corporate BS that other businesses have: being underappreciated, office politics, an environment that thrives on negativity and other issues. If you can put the time in to kick start your career this isn’t so bad, but get out as soon as you can.
