I’m getting tired of working my bu-t off while certain individuals will do nothing and still get paid. I put the blame of it entirely on management because they are constantly looking the other way. Talk about favoritism! He-l, now that I think about it, there are not many managers who actually earn their pay either. This seems like the new norm and it’s getting old.

managers learn to skim the system and do as little as possible and its been going on for more than 20 years.. no macys manager i ever saw worked hard and only walked around the store doing mostly nothing.. i did see managers crying in the office once they found out come feb they are loosing their job of doing nothing.. The 2nd point i see is the store manager has to rid the company of managers to save a buck and keep the bottom line going.. so they start the " talks" when your being talked to alot by managers its over.. the whole coaching thing is a legal paper trail so when they do fire you they have docs going back years.. Macys will go down to no more than 2/3 managers per store as things get worse and it will. store managers on linkiden are liking other companies and silently looking for another career..
