What’s the point? Where is the long term plan to provide anything of real value towards employees or to build up GE for any kind of future growth? There isn’t any. I’ve become numb to anything that comes out of management’s mouths. I’ve become used to having supervisors who are obsolete in their positions and only contribute to the demise of hard working employees. I’m so over all of it.

He is the real worker he came back from his layoff after saying he isn’t coming back. Now he has all the answers a real t rate engineer/Dr Knowitall. He will be crying soon when he is outside the gate again. When he is driving by on 890 wishing he was back in 273.
If you are "over it," then get out and let the real workers do their work properly.
