If you work here, you should be preparing for possible layoffs. And no, I don't think everybody will be laid off from Commscope but I do believe everybody is in danger of being laid off. From what I've seen so far unless you're leadership you're not safe. But even if you think you're relatively safe, it won't cost you anything to work on your resume or look at what's available for a few minutes each day. Just my two cents.

Sounds like the situation at Commscope is getting worse?
It is undeniable that the situation at CommScope isn't great, therefore this is good advice. But this advice should apply to everyone whether you're at CommScope or not. Always keep your resume updated and know the job market.
