stop wasting time people. they just keep deleting replies to creative a narrative that makes you look crazy. that is what they do. its all about controlling the narrative. has nothing to do with ability or accomplishment. she who controls the narrative wins.
Do we really need a land department ? Could we outsource? As a department when did they last make a decent purchase? All this infighting maybe explains why?

MRO is a sinking ship. Jump off while you can. The morale couldn’t be lower and everyone left is either sitting around to collect a check or in denial about the future of the company.
