What does that mean when they defer?
Will we get a raise/bonus?
Or could they rethink it in July and stuff us again?

Did they provide a document that you had to be there on a certain date to collect? The group that got laid off last July still received the 2019 payout they promised to pay in the future bc the separation was not their doing.... check the fine print.
Haven't they been sending this message for a few years now?
Defering more or cancelling raises would send a very bad message to the survivors.
