The ELT is determined to put profit above everything – including employees. They're trying to boost the numbers by laying off good people and creating such work environment that causes so many more to walk away. In the long run, this is bound to fail. All profit at all cost ands up doing is destroying the company, which in the end amounts to no profit at all. But by the time we reach that point this ELT will be long gone with their pockets overflowing with money.

To be fair, marketing has to have SOMETHING to market. Engineering is doing nothing to create a new product or make this garbage truck they call Vantage any better. Every completely new customer or existing customer migration is an absolute circus of people stepping on one another, trying frantically to reorganize things so they work. Eventually, they all end up practically giving the product away with service agreement concessions and credits. All in hopes that the customer will stay until a miracle can happen and it will magically work correctly. I am getting tired of lying to the customer when I sell this trash, only to have my commission shaved to nothing.
Marketing is leaving in droves. Especially women. 5 have left in last few months, 3 of them on one male leaders team. No secret he’s a horrible leader. Rumour has it there are more to come. APAC in their own silo.
