Acosta is a bad company to work for.
They have more turnovers than pillsbury made in 20 years.

Unfortunately, there is no rhyme or reason to the pay scale. If they like you then you may get paid more then if you actually are doing a great job for them. They may pay a new hire 3 bucks an hour more then someone who has been a dedicated employee for over 15 years. They do not care how you feel...it is pretty obvious. Lots of favoritism which leads to a toxic environment to work in.
Total B's. Management is a total joke. They will never learn and love to take advantage of long term hard worker's. They even try to get you to do work for free.

Just hired new reps for $15/hr to pull people in to work because they suddenly needed workers again, but kept it quiet and didn't increase equal pay to current long time reps. Not to worry. The new ones will all be laid off in no time.
