Nope no executive here. Just a regular joe employee who despite all of its issues is actually thankful for this job and the union. I feel bad for the NOC, they just got hosed. Instead of fixing the issues they have upper management decided to just outsource them. It could happen to many of us. I am disappointed we don't have strong job protection language in our contract. It is what it is I suppose.
