Is this new replacement for the first or second director your new vp chased off and hoped nobody would notice? pinky shimmer does like her queen do. Nothing but narrative. Surround yourself with junior yes people so you can control by fear. Thats award winning strategy right there.

Lets be "innovative" but only if you are able to come up with the idea, figure it all out, prove it all out and communicate it perfectly making sure to kiss enough a$$ while explaining to ensure no one else gets bu-t hurt because they werent smart enough to come up with the idea themself. Whoever is chosen as the mouthpiece gets the credit. That's how it works here.

Is anyone here capable of communicating clearly. Half the leaders beat around the bush to hide they don't know whats going on and the other half say nothing because afraid to rock the boat. Toxic work environment. I doubt anyone here needs to be chased off. They are jumping ship as fast as they can.
