One of the biggest problems at Metricstream is that here you can continuously see the wrong people in positions whose experience and expertise do not fit the position at all.
On the other hand, people who really deserve better positions, even after seeing that they have stagnated while being stuck in a lower role for a long time, decide to go to other companies where they progress very quickly.

on your comment on wrong people case in point is our hiring of director of accounting. please check the profile and you will know. wrong people are not just in engineering and sales but also in finance and accounts. also go through the thread below on "need rigorous interview process"
