So I got the package and a lot of questions.
Should I refi now or wait till the fall and hope rates go lower?
Also considering are there jobs out there to be had?

With covid, a lot of places have started having you fill out an affidavit saying you have not lost your job and know of no planned downsizing. Not sure if that is extended to refinancing as well. Good luck!
