To the “who cares, it’s a job” poster. If the job makes you feel like sh–t and stressed over meaningless work, it’s not a job worth wasting your life over.

I like to put in the amount of work that the company incentivizes. Those virtual high fives are hard to come by!
A year from now? What about a quarter from now?
There are alot of people looking to get out, just waiting for those opportunities to open up. It's primarily managment that is making people want to leave, that and the unbalanced work to life ratio.
What company has still a pension plan?
Get out while you can and find a job with a pension plan and not a layoff plan and enjoy life!!!
But not to worry pioneer will fill new building with the 7 double point managers brought in.

A lot of people I know ar either leaving or trying to find ways to leave, so I'm just wondering how common is that.
