Everyday lately I hear of another IT leader leaving across all areas. Is anyone manning the ship?? It’s got to be painful. What’s the reason??? Oh wait – we all know the answer!

WOW, I was about to say the same thing.... just went on LinkedIn and .... bam ... another connection who is now working for another company (not to mention the many 2nd & 3rd connections who I see decided to "leave for a better opportunity". Truth be told, I am kind mad ... I really like working there before I moved on and I HATE to see what is happening to many of my friend and former work colleagues. Several of them are hoping and praying for another RIF so they can get paid and move on. Looks like the leadership change is working, easily meeting their cost cutting goals.
