Thread regarding Resideo Technologies layoffs

Despite all the efforts you are not promoted?

While some people here get promotion very easily, others fail despite all their efforts. I get really frustrated when I see those who got it without even having the knowledge needed for new roles. I’ve been working very hard and I still haven’t been promoted. I think I will leave this company sooner than I can get a promotion.

We keep blaming HON but who brought the first CTO then the second gaming one ? Who gave huge powers to NdM ? Who let Shaddy loose to give failing products one after another? Who let’s AdB loose in Melville despite nothing produced or produced with years of delay? The board and especially one specific person formerly from HON.
That one has also ownership of much real estate in Melville that Resideo is forced to use…. Resideo is a vehicle and always a vehicle for personal enrichment. Even the current president and CEO are prime example of this behavior of crookery…

Not new…. We have issues but Melville has always been the older white male kingdom.
As for the lawsuit… one name in the board keeps coming back… who also represent the white old men group of Melville. The board choose the CEO, CFO and so on. From the boards came NdM … once the lawsuit find the thread that will unravel le all this…. Once we get HR to talk….

There is nothing wrong taking advantage of Resideo .
No one is hurt except the fools that bought stock. The current leaders continue the culture that rezi started during the spin. A culture of me first and sc––w others. A culture of opportunities for rezi to thrive but I stead... it just continue to spin. Until some people get the boot the culture won’t change no matter what the transformer says... while drinking champagne in his jet.

For promos look at people that were there since the beginning and thrived . Off course we all know only people like NdM can be responsible for the debacle (not) ... everyone knows that a single person cannot be responsible for hardware or software spending millions on white elephants projects... I hope the lawsuit will encoder the culture of malice and pilfering rezi

This naive..... we all know in rezi that promotions since rigth before the spin are not related to true value but perceived value. How do you achieve that?
First sink everyone that is a direct competitor , and make alliance with like minded people, then keep focusing your attention up and put down everyone that does not follow you blindly. Don’t know? Take example on how a for Er president behaved. Then as nobody can replace you start slowly emphasizing the need for promotion or all will fall apart. True and tried in rezi. Would not work that well in Honeywell, Amazon or Facebook ...
