This is to good to be true and wanted to make sure it was not lost in the layoffs from earlier..

Who is privy enough in this board to be able to share the specifics from the bid documents? Share buyout? Will it be worth our while or just another WJW aka Wow Just Wow joke? For all the people about to get laid off, this could be great or it could be devastating (more than it already is). What would the CEO buyout clause be? Is he negotiating this with only his interests at heart (like usual). Close date? Any relocations included?

While not privy as I am on location on WV there is a buzz here with all us lease operators that change is coming very soon. Not layoffs something bigger and better. Anyone else get that vibe?
