Cobra subsidy

Has anyone heard about the Cobra subsidy through September? When I call and ask I'm told that they are still working on it. I know they have until 5/31 to notify ppl.

why doesn't the us empire have universal health care for their subjects-citizens? Why must people be forced on cobra nonsense and other us gimmicks ? Why do they keep eating dog doody and expecting a different outcome from the us /corporations?

What specific question do you have on it? My spouse was laid off with a different company and ended up contacting a rep from the government. Was relieved to get a clear cut answer on how to interpret the covid relief for Cobra as the rep even said companies may not interpret/ communicate it correctly. Specifically we were trying to figure out if my spouse signed up for cobra if the premium would be covered 100%. The answer was no since I can add on to my insurance coverage as a life event.
