After every quarter there is a townhall where contents are so repetitive and boring:
- Double digit % losses,
- Layoff hundreds of employees
- A fairy tale from Alex or Morgan that the company will bounce back soon
This is what happening for the last 3 years and while C–suite gets millions in bonus the employees feel sorry for colleagues/friend for being redundant and pray they are not next in line.
When will the C–suite come with a different story infact a more realistic story and not play with the emotions of the employees.
