If you have and you gave two weeks notice, where you asked to work for those two weeks or did they immediately terminate your employment? I don't want to burn my bridges and quit without giving notice, but I got a good job offer that would require me to start on 04/26 if I accept. If Prudential wants me out ASAP I can give my two weeks notice and still start my new job in time. Hence the question.

Depends on your role. Chances are you'll work the two weeks. They likely won't force you to leave right away.
Put in the two weeks - no harm in doing so.
What's a warn period??
It probably depends on your role and what part of the company your in. Where I’m at they still have people working the first 30 of a 60 day WARN period.
