A new home office for a new way of work
In a Town Hall this afternoon, Interim CEO Bob Eddy announced that, to support the future of work, we will be moving into a new, more modern home office. Just one exit north of our current Westborough location, the new home office will be located at 350 Campus Drive in Marlborough. We expect to move into this updated, collaborative space beginning in April 2022.
The new office will better reflect our culture and who we are as a company. Designed for collaboration and flexibility, the renovated space will include:
◾Up-to-date technology
◾All new furniture
◾An open floor plan designed for collaboration
◾Designated "neighborhoods" for teams
◾New, BJ's-exclusive parking garage
Additionally, the new home office is part of a larger, amenity-rich campus that supports our team members' wellbeing. Team members will be able to take advantage of more benefits, some of which include:
◾A professionally managed, expansive fitness center
◾Outside basketball and volleyball courts and outdoor walking paths
◾On-site wellness area with chiropractor and nurse
◾Full-service cafeteria, Starbucks and coffee bars
◾Two outdoor patios
This is a big change, and we appreciate the support and patience as details are finalized and we prepare for the move. Expect to hear more details about the new home office later this fall. We hope team members are excited for the future of work in our new home!
