Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

I was on the fence for months now on whether I wanted to stay at Commscope or not. This is not the worst place I ever worked but it's far from the best. Still, every time I weighed pros and cons I ended up at the same place - undecided. Until the last round of layoffs. It's not the layoffs themselves, it's how it was done. Who was affected. The total lack of respect for some of the older and best employees. I realized that the company that can treat them like that is not the company I want to work for. So I'll be leaving as soon as I secure new employment, which will be very soon. Something tells me I'm not the only one.
