Many companies with an IQ>65 are leaving California. Too much money to run a business, taxes are very high, poorly run state. constituents get nothing in return for all those very high taxes/gotchas/form fests.
we should know how much the bosses are making. if they're in charge of our life, we have every right to know their burn rate, their salaries, bonuses, reference, etc...why do americans have very few employment rights???
