I know this will be downvoted but I'm still going to say it. I finally enjoy my work again. Part of it is the fact I have a new manager who is ten times better than her predecessor (she actually knows what she's doing and she is not managing through intimidation like the previous guy) and part is due to more job security (I know layoffs are never completely off the table, but considering how things have been for the past several years, I can live with this.) So I'm giving credit where credit's due - Dell is feeling like its old self more and more these days.

Lots of HR spamming this site now. "Gimme a D!". Begone HR wretches.
HR/Marketing detected. Dont beleive the hype
yes, things do appear better.
Holy cow. Talk about being tone deaf. This site is for people to discuss potential layoff concerns. Not cheerlead for your job and the company. There are social media sites and glassdoor that would be a better place to post this tripe. It is in the title of the site for goodness sake
Hey love to read this thought. I knew that MD has pulled the company from the brink. Long live the new DELL!
