Yahoo leadership was one reason for the failure of Splunk Cloud they're not qualified.

The CPO and Sr. VP of Cloud needs to go he has no experience in product or infrastructure cloud hosting. The security team needs to be reorged and replaced with competent people. The cloud operations team should be fired.
