Don't even mention HR. Asked what training will be provided to employees, the response is almost entirely focused on the opportunities for AI! Was that a Freudian slip confirming that the plan is to have bots replace humans?

Do you have a feeling that they are getting worse at hiding their plans so that it has become very obvious what they actually intend?

They are trying to sell outdated hardware. Other competitors have already added AI.
I feel that they are way too far behind the eight ball.
A jonnie come later; but maybe good that they finally realized it? But I doubt it.
The CFO got a bug several years ago and started wanting to push bots for everything. Banks or high volume areas is the only thing scripted bots really provide benefit. CS is not a bank and definitely doesn’t have the activity of a bank. If anything a bit can be developed to replace his ineffective leadership. He needs to shove that “teams of teams” cr&p he came in pushing up his a$$. There is a reason he hasn’t held an exec position very long and his time is now up. Mark Olson was much better and actually had a personality.
