Was bullied this week on the job. Had a co worker tell me that my people brought covid to this country. I tried to tell him that I'm not of Asian decent but he didn't believe it.. Now I'm know as Covid boy and I hate it.. Should I call HR or just take it? I hate feeling like this I want to quit and get a job at Guest Wok damn I'm confused

Fnbridge preaches one thing and does another. Video after video, email after email of respect, tolerance and mental health. In reality all managers and HR hurt a blind eye. If you stand up and tell HR, YOU will be the bad guy. Bully will find out and act worse.

im sorry you had to deal with this kind of cr-p. Just goes to show what kid of company they really are. Please dont give up and really push them hard to show you respect.Maybe mess with her lunch next or take her chair and put in the bathroom.
I was bullied at Enbridge by a person with a known 30+ year history history. I filed a complaint and presented my evidence in writing. Instead of dealing with it, my bully and I were called to a MEET meeting with an HR "Specialist", a mo––n who is still there. Instead of reviewing the evidence, we were both told to leave each other alone. Yeah, great...except I was 100% the victim and doing EVERYTHING I could to avoid her. She was harassing me. My lunch was tampered with. My family photos were removed from my work station. My chair was removed from my work area and placed in the hallway. At a meeting to discuss retirement packages offered, I was referred to as "A waste of skin"...with the HR "Specialist"–mo––n sitting right there. DID NOTHING! Enbridge claims to be LEADING edge in Harassment management. They are USELESS. File a complaint to to an outside agency is the only way to get their attention. They don't like publicity!

Document everything encourage them to bully you via email, call the compliance anonymous line they helped me with a similar case. Don’t quit because of those MF fight back!!!
The quality of trolling on the internet has been steadily dropping over the years. Sad... in my day, a troll had some nuance and at least tried to hide their nature. I miss those days
