Treat people like c––p and you lose hard working people. I corporate doesn’t do anything with all the emails that they’ve received so I guess they are waiting on someone to give them what they deserve. It’s coming. They will treat the wrong person the way they have others they will get bank. My leaving was a blessing for me and my family. Too many wrongs for that store. Management– hr– and the uppers are a disgrace to Bass Pro.

They are looking for awesome people. Awesome people know they can do better.
Can only wait and see what comes of the HR person came and talked to a lot of people, then she was giving a letter because this one could not get in to talk to her as she tried but either she was on a call or another employee was in there. If nothing is done about what has been going on then we all need to find another job and let these managers run the store and do the front end and cash office and all that. They don't want to treat people like humans and treat them like dogs then let them see what working is all about.
