Thread regarding W.B. Mason layoffs

LAWSUIT AGAINST ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CHARGEBACK!!!!

What they should be suing for is the FACT they WB MASON takes 10x what the sales rep makes in commission IF the customer doesn't pay..... AND THEY KEEP it even after they pay. That CANNOT BE legal. OR the fact they "encourage" or strongarm... should I say to donate to StoneHill..... pay for play? donate to play?

I’ve heard many reps/former reps have been receiving some nice checks lately . Guess the Meehan’s got caught with their pants down, and are trying to do what’s right , before a judge reams them a new one for cheating the employees .

For all those involved in any legal issues, sincerely hoping you get every last dime !

Wonder if stonehill keeps that new name ( Meehan college of the tarts ), after the lawsuits prove the Meehan’s were behind that counterfeit mask thing ? Seems like a PR nightmare .

One other piece to these chargebacks is if the reps did fight and get those chargebacks reversed, not many did but those who were successful were then taxed again for that commission so it's tax fraud as well ;)

If you look up the recent class action complaints (public record) pertaining to commissions, it challenges most of the commission system as a whole - including chargebacks and donation procedure .
