Some good people and great colleagues who brought great value to this company have long since left here. I believe them when they say it’s better outside.
I'm fine here as far as the job itself is concerned. I love my job and the least problem for me is the amount of work or anything related to the job itself.
However, everything else tires me so much that in the end I am not at all tired of work, but of side things and the atmosphere here that literally drains my energy.

good point. it's the you're on an island mentality and I dont mean the individual... I mean the branch. You're on your own, but tethered to Brockton.
