Serious question, who in the chain of management from the Caps president down can actually make the decision to shut us down, the matrix management is the reason we are so screwed up, no-one is actually responsible for us, all they care about is their other product lines and keeping their jobs.

What a waste of time, its pointless keep repeating who is skilled in the paint shop.
They HAVE NO WORK.
And if they were that skilled, why sub con paint jobs out?
Ehhhh Because nobody is qualified.
And still have safe jobs.
Why dont the paint shop, paint some bird boxes. I'm sure you could that.

Here we go again. Full closure imminent. You have olive oil who got moved into new role just in time to save her job. You have sausage heed sucking up to the bog cleaner at every opportunity to save his skin and stitch other inspectors up. You have calibration master dave getting shafted coz the bog cleaner is threatened by him. Painters twist they have nothing to do but none going. Welders had nothing to do for 3 year and none going. Just close the doors and put us out of our misery.
The grass is a lot greener on the other side .To the weak clueless middle management and considering one of them hasn’t an o level it’s staggering it’s lasted this long .The qualified men on the shop floor deserved so much better and to them I wish good luck ,may see you soon run for the exit you deserve more .

Like I said yesterday before quickly deleted, maggot hasn’t the ba–s to face his work force and tell them the truth...... the place is winding down as project acorn will close the place, along with Voldemort and dale stabbing the shop floor in the back by looking after their subcon mates..... unreal, they should be sacked like they were at osbournes!!!

By my calculations that equates to one office person to less than 3 shop floor. Without taking into account shop floor supervisors.
That means 1 office person by logic is responsible to manage 3 people.
Well. Seems like that’s not the case because hence the mess we find ourselves.
