If checks are from lost commissions from the past , do we lose our unemployment ? Has Mason advised?

That’s incredibly unfair .
That's a question for your unemployment authority. Each state has their own rules on things like this. What is considered income, how much of it you can receive and still keep your benefits for a given week, etc...
