Someone here talked about how awful it is that good projects are failing. And how could they not given the overall atmosphere in this company. I don't know what will happen if this trend continues. Something urgent needs to be done on this issue, but it seems to me that management does not have the right answer to this problem. I'm pretty worried about that and it's a big red flag for me to get out of here as soon as possible.

Agree, follow your gut instinct and get out if you can. Juniper cannot change its way, it has lost it a long time ago.
If you find a better opportunity, take it. Even if it’s lateral and pay is slightly better. You will end up better in long run
