Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Layoff Scheme

Internal memos circulating between execs to accelerate more layoffs. The document suggested things are working to pump up the stock price and to wring even more money out of the employee base.

What's the point? ADP doesn't value any employee, period. It has become one of the worst places I have ever worked.

Departments are being moved and reorganized only to terminate those teams down the road.

They don't stay long because they are unqualified firstly, and they expect things to be handed to them second, and most of all because they realize how BAD AN EMPLOYER ADP HAS BECOME!

@ajm+1al9eF5Y - I saw this:

Pretty darn certain ADP has followed the same approach and clearly the results speak for themselves. ADP has most definitely targeted some of the best proven talent at ADP for no other reason than due to their age in order to save money and attempt to look "hip and cool" with hiring inexperienced recent grads to attempt to fill the CEO's desire to be a "tech company" (hard to say without laughing). ADP is a dirty company full of management without any morals or character and no respect.

If layoffs keep pumping up the stock price then keep laying off. Maybe layoff everyone. That will really help with the stock price by sending it to new heights. ADP knows how to save money and increase its stock price. It just doesn't know how to run a company.

How did you become aware of a memo circulating between executives? Someone's admin assistant is seeing it and talking? By "wring more money out of the employee base", you mean pay lower wages to new hires after older/experienced workers are terminated? Two questions: do you think the older workers will be given a VERP type of offer or just terminated?; and do you think ADP execs are following the IBM news stories about age discrimination law suits? (Just covered again on national news over this past weekend).
