Laughable and sad. The unions have no power and no willingness to strike. Sorry.
Just find another job already jack aass! Nobody is striking and nobody really gives a shiiit ! The ones who are fortunate to still have enough seniority to keep working are going to continue on! the paychecks keep coming on the 10th and the 25th and the occasional OT DAY I’m happy and obviously you’re not so find another job and quit making live miserable for yourself and your co–workers
The strike is being moved up. With the closure of three more car dept locations the time is now. Inspections are needed for safe travels eliminating proper inspections is a treat to our neighborhoods and friends and families neighborhoods. Stand up now or the lives of many could be in jeopardy.

How many employees are even left to strike? Should have done this a couple years ago. Better late than never I guess.
Every time people from the legal team, hr, managers, and foamers spam this board trying to shut down a strike. See you on July 4th.

There isn’t going to be a strike. Not on July 4th, not ever.
Disgruntled employees (not necessarily agreement) spam this board with posts about strikes every few months, and every few months nothing happens. It’ll be the same this time, and the time after this one.
Again, managers are panicking because a strike mean no crews and trains stacking up and weeks to recover. Managers are very good at panicking for no reason but this is a good one. The strike is looming. Should have provided better working conditions with safer practices instead of putting profits over people.

Again, why would managers be scared of a strike? It would have absolutely no affect on them. They probably hope a strike happens as they will get a break from work if nothing is running. I believe these strike posts are ridiculously st—d as it will not happen, particularly if it is just North Platte.
The fu—g unions can’t get you a decent contract probably won’t even support a strike good luck
