Love checking this page to read all the b–thurt old employees. I get my popcorn ready and smile.
Now - Time to find yourself a new job.
I worked at WB. Gave them my all. Great reviews and so on. They let me go. They basically pulled the rug out from under my feet. I was angry for quite a while. But, I moved on because I had to. It was not easy. It still is not easy even though I have a new job with a company that treats me well. This is life. Update your resume. Send it out. Do not leave any rocks unturned. You will find a new job and a new path. You will gain new experience and meet new people and make new connections. WB is not your future. Do you really think WB will take you to retirement??? NOT!

Have any of you gone on the Glassdoor web site to see complaints from hundreds of past employees going back ten years?
With so many complaints this has to a company that is a horrible racist company with a toxic work place run by homophobic owners. All of these statements are on Glassdoor.

It's not about "sour grapes"...I don't like looking like a su—rAs the 2 checks sent out CLEARLY show: the company has been taking money out of our pockets that we earned for years. If you're fine with a company stealing from you, that probably says more about your integrity than the people bitc**** and moaning.
Do I think people overreact on this site a bit sure...but the reality is most people here have been turning the other cheek for years and are simply sick of it and are happy WB is getting what they probably had coming

I have had a new job so I can be objective : WB treated the employees like trash— unless you went to a certain liberal arts college.
You know how many Xmas bonuses i got? The new job gave everyone a coupon for a Turkey , and at least $50 depending on longevity .
Mason sucked . Still sucks . Will suck tomorrow.

That’s not a good look and comes across cruel..
I don’t know who you are but I forgive you. You are better then that . Instead, why not express your concern with concrete statements . If you are passionate about your stances , then why not open the forum to friendly debate. Perhaps that way people can understand your point of view and it may you understand the other views as well. I’m equally as critical when people go overboard regardless of what stance is taken. I do agree. Some of the statements made on the board, on both sides are a bit much . Respect is key.
Many are furloughed without closure . Don’t you get that? People are scared too.
