no salary increase but I got 3500 shares this year. Fortunately for you I will be returning them back to the company pool as I'm leaving. My new company pays $250K in annual RSU refreshers for meeting performance expectations. Exceeding performance pays a lot more.
Most companies are paying so much more in RSU.
Yes, should be 12K per year if someone stays for 3+ years. In other companies in Bay Area, you can make $100K-$150K in RSUs per year. Seems like a 10x difference.
1frb+1akaZ9ze, isn’t it more like 12k every year? if you get rsus every year, after 3 years you’ll be vesting 400rsus every year
How much is abundant? Are these available to high performing ICs as well?
I get 300-400 RSUs every year at grade-8. That’s about $2,500 per year. Even a promotion from g7 to g8 didn’t come with any substantial RSUs. End of rant.
RSU are only for certain people. Very limited. But abundant at top management level
