Congratulations to 301’s ex Business Agent R.M. Apparently he works for the IUE as a Staff Rep. Wonder why this has been kept a secret?

CD is just as dirty as RM maybe not with finances but other things. Only one person in that hall can be trusted and it's MS everyone else there are yes men to the company.
Nobody care how many of you bottom feeders could their possibly be left? Ohhhhh a few 100s workers......ohhh big deal to the stock price.
Maybe RM is a super-talent? It makes sense that the IUE-CWA take care of him after the good work he's done (DOL audit aside) he did in the last negotiations, especially on the CA. We should all applaud his success!

Have you all really never noticed that rats always stick together when it gets real? After living thru the RM dictatorship, and speaking with National Reps during there investigation (Review), I know for a fact that they at National new full well ALL of the bad that RM and his cronies had done, and where doing. Their answer was obvious back then, they filled a BS report, and promised to make RM's issues go away. They convinced GE to not fire him, and they have done a great job of hiding everything involving RM. Well, until now when this slipped out. I will stand front and center and clap and laugh when not just RM from 301, but also all the national officials and the GE folks that get the perp walk when the FBI, IRS, DOL and other federal agencies are done with the ongoing huge investigation. This is talked about by too many as a joke, rumor, all bluster. But yet, there isn't gonna be too many people left untouched in some fashion when this is all over!!! CD is now surrounded by a similar group of yes men, sadly blinded by friends to be unable to see the obvious. The damage is done, and most of it is not ever repairable at this point. One can only hope, that their will be some good members out there, to try and repair what's been so badly damaged!!!
So LH at the IUE does an audit, finds and lists a slew of violations and misappropriations in regard to money, does nothing to help 301, yet hires RM to get him out of 301 and away from the mess he made. Interesting. If I didn’t know better I might think they were trying to cover up something bad. And, coincidentally, a few months after RM “resigned” 301 get a visit from the Department of Labor for a “simple audit,” which led to an investigation going 5 years back due to them finding serious discrepancies and concerns. The investigation is going on now over a year. There has been one issue after another at the hall. It’s been 3 months with no financial statement. 3 different excuses and all of them ridiculous. Folks, I have a feeling the end of this current investigation is going to be very...interesting.
District 3 At Large has always been a part time position held by the Local 301 BA. I’m surprised current BA CD hasn’t raised concerns about RM still being listed as such in The Bolt.
IUE Staff Rep’s are full time positions appointed by the IUE President. RM being an IUE Staff Rep has definitely been kept hidden. His appointment was never announced in The Bolt like others are and his name is not listed on the IUE staff page. Isn’t this a good thing? Why not let everyone know?

This letter is on the IUE-CWA Local 81408 United Optical Workers Facebook page. It was posted on March 30, 2021. R.M. isn’t listed as an employee on the official IUE-CWA website. Good question, why was it a secret?
