What do you expects? The truth hurts. HR are Trump's supporters and the reply that they don't you to see gets deleted.
It's called denial - EMS is laying off and mgt knew it during 1st quarter.
no.... "facts", is that your safe word to cancel out the thoughts lingering in your head? its oddly slow at work, I just feel that the subtle hints my supervisor is giving me are clues to leave, its too difficult to analyze whether hes doing that or not. but by any measure i just accepted a position at NG, once i get a start date I'm done with this joke of a company.
Higher level managers have known about the layoffs months ago, they just don’t know when the layoffs will happen. Mid level managers we’re recently told about the layoffs, no date given. It’s only a matter of time. Work is ridiculously slow. Some groups have been on OH since last year. Their isn’t enough work to go around. GA needs more contracts to sustain current work force.

your probably right about the layoffs But to assume there will not be is kinda careless this is the defense industry. Ga use to pride itself on not laying off, and look what happened last year. Ga is just a typical defense company, the new leadership comes from corporations. I guarantee you they will put profits over your position, nothing’s secure when you work for someone else!
GA never has layoffs... that was a huge selling point for GA and why they underpay. Beside turnover has always been very high at GA - so this should help with no new layoffs
