Sears Real Estate has become a wasteland due to the open secret that Olshan is taking over and redundancies are going to be taken care of. Multiple senior directors, directors, managers, and legal counsel have already jumped ship.

This has been in the works for awhile. The CEO and CFO of Seritage bailed in the last couple of months, and Olshan was brought in to be CEO while remaining Chairman of her old company, comparable in size. Unlike everyone working on Eddie's watch, her company has managed to not spend billions in capital investment based on selling a third of your inventory while still incurring massive losses. Olshan has an actual sizeable profit that net operating losses can offset, unlike anything Eddie related in the past two decades.
If Olshan is indeed "taking over", they are doing a poor job since they are allowing job postings to be created for positions that THEY are taking over.
I remember when some executive from Amazon took a position at SHC. We will hear in a few weeks that Amazon is taking over. I think I missed that rumor when it became truth.
Yawn. With the exception of the associates working for Sears, people leave for better jobs all of the time
At Seritage or the other place?
It looks like this is true. there are 2 senior director, 2 director, a real estate senior counsel, and a leasing director positions open on the job site. is there anyone left?
