I just feel bad for the new talented employees that come here and then ended up leaving in a year or so (No layoffs at GA ever - Snake oil for sale).

Not only is the perspective narrow, but the environment is a toxic stew of backstabbing, finger-pointing, under-the-bus throwing, blaming, gas-lighting, misogyny and nepotism. Not a good place to work.

I don’t know wether to feel guilty or blessed? I feel blessed bc I have a job and I am getting paid to watch YouTube all day. But feel guilty bc there is now work and I am getting paid to do nothing.... I guess if I am let go in the next round of layoffs - it won’t be a big surprise... but some people are actually taking naps during work.... at least I am not falling a sleep 😴 on working hours
GA is a great place to work right now bc there is nothing to do. Love it while it last. More layoffs maybe in the near future as nothing this good can last forever!
