Have you seen how the NS is run? They've made some brain-dead decisions at the UP for sure. PSR was one of them.

UP might get bought by Kmart and Sears. UP also used to be a great American company before it turned into the b–tof jokes. Actually Kmart is more respected than UP now.

NS is already gutted. They have short-lined quite a bit of their trackage and use contractors much more than UP. Hopefully this doesn’t happen because as much as everyone hates UP’s management, it will get worse if the NS execs are blended in with UP’s.
