Hey, is there still a systems team ??? What happened to store facilities guys?

We have three facilities guys who go to different stores. Sometimes they get things done fast other times it takes several reminders to fix something. For most part they do good.
I worked for systems & technology, our jobs were eliminated 2 years ago. NCR replaced us, not sure how well though? Some went over to NCR but not as many as Macy's hoped. It was a pretty nice buyout. Facilities lost people too but is still in house to my knowledge.
Yes we have facilities, our guy has 3 stores.
Systems is NCR contract and they work the tickets.
Well, I think we have one guy left in facilities who services around 15 stores. So our chances of getting anything fixed are slim to none. The only way we got our fire alarm system fixed last fall was the fire marshal was going to shut us down if it wasn't fixed within 48 hours after having putting in no less than 6 work orders about it over a 4 month period. So that should tell you something right there.
