It makes sense, not really great sense, but in the sense that hundreds before have made the same mistakes of mucking up a company and then dump it, after cutting costs to the bare thread.
People now have to double their work load and when the new company buys it, they will realize they need to hire more people and spend more money.
I guess the sad part is that Commscope could have put in a little upfront work and made this work. That is what they initially said. I guess the ol adage about a trojan horse applies here.
Next company that buys it could essentially do the same, and each cycle gets progressively worse. At least that's what has been the trending method of operation so far.
