Soon the bar shop will be the only thing left in the electric city. Major downsizing coming very fast and soon after bar shop will have 250-300 employees and rest of the building will be empty.

From US there is no Quality work coming. Real work is done in France by the Belfort Guys.
odg+1ahbDsNn- don’t be fearful I’m sure it won’t be as drastic but I can see the company making next to nothing in here and running just bars for service contacts. That GE has to maintain parts for so many years. GE sold pipe dreams to many new employees in 2011. Years and years of work! Yes years and years of contracted service work that’s about it. Demand for generators are declining and will continue to decline down 60% globally. That leaves 40% to be split between 2 other major players in the business. Green renewables is the future. Not toxic generators! Enjoy that pipe dream because the there will be a lot less T’s in this building.
Don't kid yourself, if it's only bars going through 273, they will shut the doors. They won't keep it open to make something that's being made cheaper already, someplace else.
And how many t rates come back? IF they get a call back! How many will say they are never coming back and then come back. So much for job security paying dues!
